YD9800 eddy current displacement sensor can accurately measure the relative position of the object to be tested (which must be a metal conductor) to the end face of the probe.
● Long-term reliability, high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, fast response YD9800 is not affected by medium such as oil and water. It is often used for shaft displacement, shaft vibration and shaft of large rotating machinery.

● Compatible with US Bently products
YD9800 series eddy current displacement sensor has the same performance index as or close to Bently's 3300 and 3300XL series products, and can directly replace BN's 3300, 3300XL and 79880 series products.
YD9800 eddy current displacement sensor consists of a YD9800 probe、a YD9800 extension cable and a YD9800 proximity sensor,which can be used to measure the relative position of object (must be a metal conductor) and the probe end. Because of its features of non contact measurement, long-term high working reliability, high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, fast response speed and no oil-water and other medium influence, it is often used for long-term real-time monitoring the shaft displacement, shaft vibration, shaft speed and other parameters of the large rotating machinery, to analyze the work condition and failure reason of the equipment, in order to protect the equipment and do predicting repair effectively. It can measure displacement, amplitude, speed, size, thickness, surface unevenness and is intended for use with centrifugal air compressors , refrigeration compressors , process gas compressors and other machines with tight installation requirements.

Production process
YD9800 eddy current proximity sensor adopts many international leading technologies and is produced according to American military standards. The probe adopts new PPS engineering plastics and double injection molding process to ensure good probe sealing, dimensional stability and interchangeability. The built-in circuit fault-tolerant design ensures that any wiring errors will not be damaged; the housing adopts die-casting technology, the high-frequency socket is concave, the terminal is inlaid and protected, and the engineering plastic is isolated and insulated, which is sturdy, safe and convenient. Advanced phase frequency characteristic test and control method, dynamic characteristics are at the international leading level.
