In order to ensure the normal use of the products you purchase, and when you encounter problems in use, you can solve them in a timely and effective manner. Subject to eligibility conditions, Shanghai Cezhen provides a limited warranty on all its products. For information on the availability of your limited warranty, please see the FAQ below.
1. What is a valid proof of purchase?
Cezhen's product packaging box will be accompanied by a product certificate bearing the date of manufacture; this is the most important quality guarantee for Cezhen products, and you need to keep it in a safe place.
Your warranty period may vary depending on local laws in your area.
2.What if I don't have a proof of purchase?
If you purchase directly from our representative, we may have your purchase history and can find it for you. Just tell us the order number. If you do not have an order number, we may be able to find it by your name, address and email address.
If you are purchasing from a Shanghai Cezhen dealer or agent, please contact your dealer or agent to see if they can provide a copy of your invoice. They often archive your purchase history and can provide you with a copy of the invoice.
If the product is a gift, we recommend that you ask the donor to provide you with an invoice. If the invoices are not suitable and they can handle the limited warranty process for you, you can ask them to do so.
3. Why does Cezhen need a valid proof of purchase?
Cezhen must confirm that the product is in the proper limited warranty period. We also need to verify that your product was purchased from an authorized seller of Cezhen products.
Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are often used, forged, repackaged, faulty, or parallel. The design and packaging of these goods may also not be applicable in your country and do not comply with safety regulations. Cezhen cannot promise a limited warranty on products that are not purchased from an authorized reseller or that exceed the limited warranty period. If you purchased a product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and limited warranty issues should be submitted to the dealer.

4. What are the terms and conditions of the limited warranty? What is involved?
Limited Warranty:
Shanghai Cezhen warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under the appropriate limited warranty period from the date of retail (based on the terms set forth herein). If the product, or contains a rechargeable battery, Cezhen does not guarantee any battery life. As we all know, all rechargeable batteries will lose a certain amount of charging capacity over time, of course, this will not be identified as a product defect. The actual life of your battery depends on how you use it.
Exclusions and restrictions.
This limited warranty does not include:
Software, including (but not limited to) adding operating systems and software to Cezhen branded hardware products through our factory's integrated system.
Claims arising from external causes, including (but not limited to) accidents, natural disasters, liquid contact, fire or earthquakes.
Any serial number or date stamp on the product is changed, erased or removed.
Surface damage, slight surface deformities (including small pixel anomalies), natural wear and tear. Includes (but is not limited to) scratches, dents, and flaws.
Cezhen does not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted or error free during operation. All software, third-party products and accessories provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions will bear all risks associated with quality, performance, accuracy, product impact and any provable defects. You, and not Cezhen, will bear all the costs of all necessary services and repairs.
Remedy for limited warranty:
If Cezhen receives an appropriate request for a limited warranty during the appropriate limited warranty period, Cezhen will (at its discretion):
Repair the product or defective part free of charge with new or refurbished replacement parts; or replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product or a product made with new or durable old parts. Products that need to be repaired are not repaired but replaced by refurbished products of the same type, and refurbished parts can be used to repair the product. Cezhen will have the absolute power to confirm whether it is eligible for compensation and whether the product is defective.
If the product is a “discontinued” product model, cezhen may (at its discretion) replace the product with a functionally equivalent alternative from cezhen's current product range. Cezhen may, at its discretion, provide any other type of remedy to supplement or replace the above remedies. Repaired or replaced products are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 90 days after the date of repair or replacement (as the case may be) or for the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.
No guarantee:
All implied warranties for commercial or other special purposes are limited to the warranty period. All other terms, representations and warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of non-infringement, are not responsible. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights in the jurisdiction that give you the change. None of Cezhen's suppliers, distributors, agents, or employees have the right to change or extend this Limited Warranty or make any claims. Razer will have the right to modify this Limited Warranty at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability:
If you do not have the deficiencies described in this Limited Warranty, you may be responsible for the cost of the assessment, return shipping and handling fees, and you will be responsible for the reasonable cost of sending the product to you by Cezhen.
Consumer Rights Protection Act
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. In your country, province, or city, you may have other applicable legal rights. Cezhen will not exclude, limit, or terminate any law other than the consumer protection laws you may have. Your rights. To fully understand your rights, you can learn about other laws that apply in your country, province, and city.
In short, this limited warranty applies only to the original purchase, not to the resale. No distributor, agent or employee is authorized to modify, expand, or attach this Limited Warranty. If any of the terms of this Limited Warranty are deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
