The YD9820 vibration transmitter processes the peak-to-peak vibration displacement signal through the transmitter filter and performs peak-to-peak detection and normalization. Directly output 4-20mA signal to DCS, PLC interface; can be used for vibration monitoring of rotating machinery rotor shaft. It provides a simple, low-cost way to monitor the vibration condition of mechanical equipment. At the same time, the YD9820 two-wire shaft vibration sensor is also easy to install and can be installed directly in the field or in the control room. It is generally required to install X and Y directions near the bearing; for standard double-bearing rotating machinery, it is usually equipped with 4 sets of vibration transmitters. The parameters have been adjusted and calibrated at our factory by simply connecting the correct cable without any adjustments and calibrations. YD9820 can be connected with our 8mm eddy current sensor probe.
