Online Monitoring High-speed Acquisition System

YD510 is a multi-channel state acquisition system for the unsteady operation characteristics of key industrial equipment. The product has 4, 8, 12 acceleration, temperature acquisition, speed measurement, eddy current sensor and other slow variable acquisition. The biggest feature of the system is the modular design, which supports up to 12 channels of acceleration and temperature collection, and can also be configured to collect 12 channels of slowly varying physical quantities, such as acceleration vibration, temperature, voltage, current, etc. The product has two speeds for speed correlation collection, and has a configurable IO input and output mode.

YD510 has the most complete communication modes. It has multiple modes such as Ethernet, optical fiber, WIFI, Bluetooth, 4G, etc., ensuring the applicability in the field. At the same time, YD510 can also send data to DCS or PLC through two RS485 or EtherCAT buses, which is truly integrated with the field control system. The YD510 online monitoring unit has the function of 12-channel fully synchronized acquisition, which can accurately monitor equipment failures and is a powerful tool for the maintenance of key industrial equipment.
