● The threaded part of the probe is clamped with the bracket fitting nut on the static displacement calibrator. Pay attention to the horizontal and verticality of the test piece. Then observe the voltage value of the front-end output for every 0.1 mm or 0.2 mm or 0.5 mm or 1.0 mm and record.

● When using the static displacement calibrator to check the linear characteristic curve of the sensor, the full effective linear range of the sensor is usually verified by 20 equal points (if it is a φ8 probe eddy current sensor, its effective linear measurement range is 2mm, when When the calibration is performed according to 20 equal points, one data is read out on the preamplifier after every 0.1 mm of the test disk. By this operation, 20 data are read, the linear characteristic curve of the sensor output is drawn, and the sensor output curve is analyzed.
