The YD280 digital vibration sensor is a low-cost vibration sensor with a built-in digital processor (DSP) with an industrial bus of the RS485 standard; It converts mechanical vibration signals directly into digital waveform data and transmits them to the computer via the RS485 interface of the sensor.

Production process

The built-in DSP signal processor of the YD280 sensor performs FFT (Fourier Transform) analysis on the vibration data, and calculates acceleration, velocity, and displacement values. The sensor can directly output vibration waveform data in the time domain and frequency domain.

Up to 64 vibration sensors can be connected into a vibration measurement network, and hosts connected to the network (such as PC computers) can read vibration data and analyze and process the data.

The YD280 Configuration/Monitoring Software is a free vibration sensor testing software that comes with the sensor.
