Product Introduction
CZ9400 integrated explosion-proof vibration transmitter is used for online real-time vibration monitoring of rotating machinery bearings. It is a sensor for absolute vibration measurement of the machine, which can measure the vibration velocity, vibration displacement and vibration acceleration. It is dustproof, waterproof and explosion-proof. It is suitable for coal, chemical and other industries. It can be installed on the bearing seat or casing of the machine and monitor the machine in real time. The two-wire system outputs 4-20mA current signals, which can be directly supplied to PLC or DCS monitors, collectors, recorders or other monitoring equipment. If there are machine failures caused by bearing wear, bearing cracks, poor dynamic balance, and misalignment, the integrated vibration transmitter can detect the failure in advance and give an alarm to prevent the machine from continuing to work under bad conditions and cause damage which will further bring economic losses.
It is used to monitor the vibration state of bearings, bearing seats, and shells of industrial rotating machinery (motors, pumps, centrifuges, compressors, blowers, etc.), and outputs 4-20mA current signals, which can be directly connected to data acquisition systems such as DCS or PLC.
