Product Introduction
CZ8300 is an ultra-low frequency and wide frequency response transmitter developed by our company. It is composed of piezoelectric ceramic chips and converted into 4-20mA current or RS485 output through software algorithm FFT digital integration circuit. All its indicators meet the requirements in "ISO2954-1975" and "GB13824-1992".
CZ8300 is based on the piezoelectric acceleration sensor, adding a built-in unique algorithm integration circuit to realize the speed output. The wide frequency response is increased to (0.2HZ-20KHZ). It has the advantages of not easy to damage the mechanical moving parts (service life up to 7 years), small sensor quality, and excellent dynamic characteristics.
The transmitter provides 4-20mA current output corresponding to the measured value. This product has wiring fault-tolerant protection, excellent stability, reliability and strong anti-interference ability.
Explosion-proof Performance and Precautions
The electrical wiring diagram of the intrinsically safe system between the sensor and the safety barrier conforms to Uo≤Ui, Io≤Ii, Po≤Pi, Cc≤Co-Ci, Lc≤Lo-Li; or the isolated safety barrier is preferred. The explosion-proof performance of sensors and transmitters must comply with the relevant regulations of the GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.4-2010 standards. On-site installation precautions should comply with the relevant regulations of the standard GB3836.15-2000. The sensor's intrinsically safe explosion-proof parameters: Ui=28VDC, Ii=93mA, Pi=0.65W, Ci=0.5 μF, Li=0mH. When using and maintaining this product, avoid the risk of sparks caused by friction and collision with the shell!
