Vibration online monitoring system consists of "vibration online monitoring system" and "vehicle monitoring data acquisition software" two software, "vibration online monitoring system" is responsible for instrument setting, configuration management, data monitoring, professional analysis, basic setting, system management main business, "vehicle monitoring data collection software" is responsible for communication with the lower machine, realize data collection, alarm secondary processing, data storage and other business functions.

Instrument setting

Three types of collectors are supported: YD260, YD285,8 / 16 / 24 channel collector; see Basic Management-Instrument Type Management for details

System configuration

System configuration support nodes, equipment, measuring points and measurement items level 4; each level has its own properties;

Node layer: It is responsible for organizing the entire system configuration;

Equipment layer: Define the specific equipment;

Measurement point layer: Define the point to be monitored by each device;

Measurement item: is the focus of the whole configuration, to define the specific content that we want to monitor;

Measurement items: the data sources include the collector and the OPC;

The left tree structure shows the alarm state of the whole configuration structure level by layer from the nodes, equipment, measurement points, measurement items, from top to bottom;

All pages with a left configuration tree can see the real-time status of the device;

Vibration analysis and trend analysis can be conveniently performed on each piece of the real-time data

Real-time summary

The real-time summary function is in devices to summarize all the data under the device;

Users can look at the data with only the alarm, or they can look at all the data;

 Real-time alarm

There are several states for the equipment alarm:

✓: alarm is off;

✓: alarm is not turned off;

✓ had an alarm before: no now;

✓ had alarm before: still alarm;

The real-time alarm function is to view which devices are still in the alarm in the time dimension

trend analysis

Support multiple sets of data under different test points or different measurements under the same test points for trend analysis;

Data supporting different units are presented in the same trend chart;

In order to ensure the display effect and display efficiency, the display of the trend data supports the automatic tuning of different levels of resolution

Section, the data displayed should fully reflect the trend, including the maximum value, minimum value, mean value, etc.;
