Vibration Analyzer

CZ600-A/B is a product series used for equipment condition detection and safety evaluation. CZ600-B is a precision analysis instrument that can access four vibration signals and one speed signal at the same time. CZ600-A is a precision analysis instrument with two vibration signals and one speed signal. It is an effective tool for detecting the safe operating status of equipment and analyzing and diagnosing. At the same time, this series of instruments is also equipped with a powerful background management system: equipment status management system PCM (for details, please refer to the operating instructions of the background system).

1. Vibration analysis 

Provides a wideband measurement module for shell measurement, rolling bearing measurement using resonance demodulation and pulse impact method, built-in ISO 10816-3 standard ISO RMS measurement, and custom measurement based on configuration parameters

2. Dynamic balance

Support single-sided dynamic balance, double-sided dynamic balance, full-vector single-sided dynamic balance and full-vector double-sided dynamic balance (supported by CZ600-B) and other dynamic balance solutions

3. Online measurement

Provides a quasi-online measurement function similar to a small online system, which can record the measurement results for you for a long time

4. Start and stop analysis

Provide large-scale rotating machinery start and stop analysis methods to meet the analysis functions of real-time monitoring of speed and vibration, Bode diagram, polar coordinate diagram, waterfall diagram, etc.

5. Auxiliary centering

Provides on-site centering calculation function based on micrometer or centimeter measurement. The calculation method meets the requirements of GB50231-98 "General Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering"

6. Data communication

Provide WiFi-based unit, measurement point information download function and test result data upload function

7. Instrument settings

Provide background server settings, communication settings and default organization node settings

Composition and configuration of CZ600

CZ600 includes two parts: cloud diagnosis terminal and cloud diagnosis DAQ (ie Data Acquisition). DAQ connects sensors to collect and process data, and transmits the data to the terminal for analysis through wireless communication.

CZ600 adopts dual operation mode of touch screen and buttons, optional WiFi mode and background data communication; instrument storage space is 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM; 8000 mAh high-performance lithium-ion battery can be used continuously for more than 8 hours
