Shanghai Vibration Measurement Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. wireless vibration sensor was formally applied to the line monitoring of Shanghai Railway Bureau. As the pilot unit of the national high-speed rail new technology application, the Shanghai Railway Bureau also serves as the first batch of industrial applications for vibration sensor high-speed rail monitoring. The “Hang Shaotai High-speed Rail Project” was officially signed in the eight railway demonstration projects that introduced social capital in China. The signing of the contract means that private capital has achieved a controlling position for the first time in the field of China's railway investment and financing.
The Hangshaotai high-speed railway starts from Hangzhou East Railway Station and passes through Shaoxing North Station, Dongguan Station, Sanjie Station, Zhangzhou Xinchang Station, Tiantai Station, Linhai Station, Taizhou Central Station and Wenling Station. The whole journey consists of 9 stations with a total length of 269 kilometers. The newly-built main line connects the Hangzhou-Ningbo high-speed railway to the north and is taken from Shaoxing North Station for a total of 224 kilometers. The line speed target value is 350km/h.
The Hangshaotai high-speed railway is a brand-new route, and the stations along the way are also newly built. For this situation, Wu Peirong, secretary of the party committee and general manager of Hangshaotai Railway Company, said: "The pilot transformation on the existing railway lines will encounter difficulties in all aspects, but Hangshaotai is a brand new railway, a 'white paper'. In the process of construction, the latest technology can be integrated, and while the Hangshaotai high-speed railway is completed and opened to traffic, new technologies can be displayed in front of passengers."
Our company has the honor to participate in the monitoring of the vibration data of the Hangzhou-Shantou high-speed railway construction. Currently, we are monitoring the construction of the Shaoxing section and the Linhai section. The line monitoring is divided into four sections, with a total monitoring mileage of more than 20 kilometers, Shaoxing section of 3KM, Linhai section of 6KM, Wenling section of 3KM and other current construction mileage of 13 kilometers, and segment vibration monitoring for more than 60 points of data monitoring.
