High Temperature Acceleration Sensor

YD32 high-temperature acceleration sensor is an acceleration-sensitive element processed by micromachining on a piece of polysilicon. It is composed of conversion, measurement and amplification circuits. It is an integrated sensor with a temperature up to 150℃.
