YD285 is an integrated intelligent vibration sensor with a built-in digital processor and RS485 standard industrial bus. It can directly convert mechanical vibration signals into digitized waveform data and convert them into frequency spectrum, which is transmitted to PLC/DCS through the sensor's RS485 interface /computer. The stainless steel waterproof shell material makes it suitable for humid environments.
YD285 is an acceleration sensor, which is very suitable for power plants, paper mills, gas turbines and other extensive industrial applications. The knowledge and experience gained in these demanding fields are also used in some small applications, such as diesel engines, water pumps, and generators. Introduced the built-in analog-to-digital conversion high-frequency sampling of the integrated analysis vibration sensor, the sampling rate is 25.6kHz, and the collected acceleration data is analyzed by the DSP signal processor with windowing (Hanning window) and FFT (Fast Fourier Transform), and get the spectrum of 3200 spectral lines, the analysis bandwidth of the spectrum is 10kHz. The sensor outputs the spectrum through the RS485 bus. The output mode can be single transmission or continuous update transmission. The update rate is a spectrum of 3200 spectral lines every 0.32 seconds. The transmission mode is changed by the PLC/DCS/computer downloading instructions through the RS485 bus.
Up to 64 vibration sensors can be connected to form a vibration measurement network. A host (such as a PC computer) connected to this network can read the vibration data and analyze, process and display the data.
Lead Description
YD285 vibration sensor adopts anti-vibration stainless steel hose lead structure. 4-core (6-core) shielded cable provides power and RS485 communication for the sensor. The definition of the signal is distinguished by different cable colors. The following figure illustrates the definition of the sensor signal.
