Product Introduction
The YD30W acceleration temperature sensor is a piezoelectric acceleration sensor, which is composed of conversion, measurement, and amplification circuits, and is an integrated sensor. The temperature signal is a built-in PT100 platinum thermal resistance signal. YD30W is mainly used for condition monitoring, impact measurement and tilt angle measurement. The vibration output signal is filtered and detected to give an accurate and intuitive indication of the vibration magnitude of the equipment and monitor whether the equipment is operating normally.

Calibration method
YD30W acceleration temperature sensor generally does not require secondary
calibration. If 
necessary, the actual sensitivity can be measured by the acceleration of gravity g, which can be corrected by the secondary instrument. For example, the range of an integrated acceleration sensor is ±2g, and the standard sensitivity is 1V/g. When it is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, it outputs 2.5V DC voltage, and when it is placed horizontally, it outputs 1.55V DC voltage. Then the actual sensitivity of the integrated acceleration sensor is (2.5-1.55) V/g.
