The YD9720 integrated two-axis vibration transmitter is a vibration velocity transmitter developed and improved by our company on the basis of many years of practical experience and engineering applications. On the basis of piezoelectric acceleration sensor, a precision integrating circuit is embedded inside. Compared with the traditional magnetoelectric sensors, due to the use of piezoelectric crystals as sensitive components, there are no moving parts inside, no degradation and wear, mechanical moving parts are not easily damaged, and the frequency response range is wide, the dynamic characteristics are excellent, and the anti-interference ability is strong. It can work reliably for a long time, suitable for measuring the absolute (relative to the free surface) vibration of the bearing box, shell or structure under various harsh environments in the industrial field.

Usage and Precautions

Since the sensor has a built-in circuit, it is not allowed to use high voltage to test the insulation resistance between the core and the housing of the sensor. This will easily cause the sensor to breakdown and damage. Please remember, otherwise the company will not be replaced if it is damaged. The simple judgment method is: use the resistance file of the multimeter to test, the forward direction is about tens of KΩ ~ 100KΩ, and the reverse direction is infinite.

The verification test conditions of our sensor are: 160Hz, 4mA, 10ms-2, 20±5℃.

The sensor does not need to be adjusted or locked during use, and it is convenient to use, but it is recommended to avoid falling as much as possible during use, which may cause excessive impact and damage. Please pay attention.

Since the sensor is a precision transducer instrument, please pay attention to moisture prevention, especially moisture and pollution at the plug and socket.
